the staff were amazing they were super friendly and helpful. rhiannon helped me with my luggage it was much appreciated. chloe volunteered so much local knowledge i needed not have done any research.
there was no thermostat in the room so room was very cold. the radiators weren't on also. upon checking the window was open slightly it could not be shut it was an old fashioned window.

the location is central to many attractions the multi story car park is very close too. a friendly pub is located right next door. the room decor was beautiful
the living room seemed like a sauna despite mild weather a small fan did little to cool it

Really good Stay, A True Gem

i stayed in the ralph one bedroom apartment it was perfect. the room included a dining table settee tv and a kitchen. the bedroom was large and featured another tv plus an en suite bathroom. i appreciated the comfortable and well-equipped space.
i noticed no thermostat in the room i felt quite cold the radiators weren't active. also when i checked the window was slightly open i was unable to shut it it was an old fashioned window.

the reception staff provided immediate assistance with luggage storage. they texted me promptly when my room became available. this proactive communication added a level of convenience to the overall experience for me.

The rooms had a unique style. A mini kitchen allowed us to eat in when we wanted. The location was perfect (everything was in walking distance).
The mirror light in the bathroom wasn't working and they didn't repair it after I asked. The fire wouldn't light, and I couldn't find any instructions. The bedroom TV would not turn on.

some issues during stay
broken mirror lightwet floor
The bathroom mirror light was not working and it was never fixed after i asked. also, the tv in the bedroom refused to turn on. the wet room design also seemed a bit off. I had to walk across the wet floor just to reach a towel.
